i have 3 new trainers in my city that i can't remove. they are on the steps of my guild hall and when i try to manually remove them it says "can't see object move closer" even when i'm standing on it. i also can't use them thats why i'm getting rid.

another question is if i forget to run for mayor but another does but recieves no votes will they become the new mayor.

You'll have to submit a CSR ticket and have them do it for you. Use the in-game Holocron to "Submit a Ticket".
