Hello all!

I need advice!

I have a local resident who has been upset with the Combat Upgrade log in and use his house sign to write "Maye all SOE suffer Anil Leakage for the Combat Downgrade". Sometimes he uses "butt". this is the 5th time I have had to write a csr ticket on it and all they do is erase the sign, then he logs his alt on and sees it, then logs himself on and changes it back.

This has become tedious, all the csr's say they can do is change the name. Why? Why cant they move his house?

Does anyone know of any case where they would remove him from the city?
