How do they work and can a city get credits for maintenance by using them??

Basically you buy a lottery droid from an Events Manager at one of the major NPC city hotels. It has pop-up text that will walk you through the process.


The money goes to the owner of the lottery droid at the end of the lottery. They can then do what they want with that money. There is no way to make it go directly to the city. A player would have to use the "Treasury Deposit" option and manually deposit it.
