I have had this issue the last few days

The good thing is i can reset the shuttle and use it the problem is how much fees I am missing out on?

Is anyone else having this issue?

Please define "not working".

Can you travel inbound? Can you travel outbound? Can you buy tickets? Can you use the radial menu on the tickets but not on the droid?

Says shuttle not available

Yes you can buy tickets and you can travel into the city just no shuttle leaving the city
