I need some help on somethings, and have been unable to locate answers. Here is my issue, I am wanting to start a new character, unfortunately, I need to delete my old character first to do so. At the moment, he is mayor of a level 4 city which has become large enough that there is no way to replace him as mayor. What I am seeking is whether the deletion of the character will effect the city hall or anything in the city hall.

From what I know is when you delete char all the structures it owns will poof on the next server update. So, the city would lose all city structures when the city hall poofs. So said city will be gone. You need to find someone to put in as mayor before you do this. Not hard if your citizens are all active so the new mayor can get 51% of the votes.
