I have a lvl 2 city that is about to become lvl3. I was messing around and seeing how far my city is going to go when I noticed that if I stand 159m from the coords of the city (From the terminal inside the CH), I was in the city. When I walked to 161m, it said I was out of the city. Anyone heard of this? The raduis, according to the Advanced Players guide on the SWG site, should be 200m not 160m.

I have found the boundaries to be flexible to some degree as far as what shows up in spatial due to client/server lag. I don't recall anything about a change to rank radius that your rank 2 city shouldn't extend to 200m. I don't have anyway of confirming for you, though, so maybe someone also at rank 2 can confirm?

I have found that if I stand like 1m outside the border for a little bit I get the message I have left the city, but if I keep walking I dont get the message for about 10m. I think its just a slight delay and you have already left the city.

I tested it over and over. I wasn't running through the border, I was inching up until I got the message. It was definitly 160m out and I tested it on multiple points on the boundary
