Is the disappearing act bug of the shuttleport gone? meaning if i pick it up and move it will it be usable? and will i be able to redeed it?
Next question is about mission terminals....do i need an arch to make these? I picked up a few and was planning on moving them but they went poof lol......
and finally i had a post earlied about someone who was sweet enough to offer to be my mentor...i have questions lol....
and oops last question how do i find out who has been banned from my city? where do i get that list?

I don't know about any bugs, but a shuttleport should be able to be redeeded and moved like all other civic structures.
Mission terminals aren't a craftable item. All you need to place themis Civic Policy I: Jobs. Just type /installmissionterminal, select the type, and it will appear wherever you're standing. (The terminal faces whichever direction you are facing, and isn't movable.)
And there's know way I know of to view a list of people banned from your city. I think it would be a great addition, though.
