i just got my fist politician xp and i wonder
can i register the city on the planetery map when the city
is lvl 2

It requires rank 3 to be visible on the map, and4 for a shuttle which pretty much puts you on the map. What with the selection box at shuttles and all.

do you have to be able to register your city on the map to be able to register a cantina? We are level 2 and have a cantina but have no idea on how to get it registered...

Cantina's get registered when the city gets registered I believe. There isn't a terminal to do it in there at any rate.
