Thread: allright I have a problem here.

So this is my situation. We've had some problems with some citizens in the past few weeks. They finnaly decided to leave the city but their buildings remained. They moved (declared in another city) I finally was able to catch up woth thme recently in our city and I city banned them for griefing many citizens and the likes. So this is what they did. They went to their house in our city redeclared there and that automatically cancels out the cityban. My question is this. Does anyone else think this is an exploit and that something should be done about this. I am well aware of the game mechanics when it comes to Politician. I am a master (was for a while anyways) This completly renders cityban useless against possible griefing against other players from EX-citizens. They should add a message or something saying "Sorry but you cannot declare in this city as you have been citybanned" or something along those lines. Any input on this would be great.

1st) start off with a nice e-mail to them (word your e-mail so they have the option to be derogitory, But keep your letter nice and proper)and if you get a reply, save it.
Depending on what there reply is, then forward it to CSR, or do a /harassment about them.
2nd) Jack up the Property tax to 50%, and do a 10k with drawl on why you put i nthe tax. (reinburst your good citizens) I found when i did this, 90% of the citizens didnt want the money back (Just be sure to lower /remove the tax once the excess waste is gone)
3rd) If that doesnt work, (may be a grief) place a nice large decoration infront of there door way so they cant ge in.

Good luck, is all I have to say - if diplomacy fails, try bribery - but only pay after they pull it.
Scylla has been run into the grave by city griefing. One of the most notorious cities related tothat problem on our server is actually named Mos Vegas - that gave me a start heheh

that's a bannable offence.
Don't try and block anyone with anything. That is griefing and is and has been used to ban people in the past from what I've heard.
I'm too nice to do anything like that so I wouldn't know from first hand experiences

lol yeah no worries about the third option I didint plan on doing that anyways. Sadly there are3 houses with crap about me written on them and I wrote tickets already and the csrs told me they couldnt do anything about them. Probably because they were too busy with the old man questions at the time. It really frustrates me.
