Hi

Actual rank of the city is 2.

Today in the last update the mailwas :

Your city Riviera has qualified to increase to rank 3.

Unfortunately, we must deny your rank and land expansion request as there are too many large cities already on the planet.

What is the problem ?? And for how long ?

Citizens are very sads...

I think its a stupid thing.

There are too many rank three cities on your server.planet already... all you can do for that is try and push to rank four and hope there is an opening at that level... good luck... you may well need it.

Are you sure it is possible to skip a rank that way?
