I just had a citizen experience a nasty little bug with repairing his house due to property tax.
He let house maintenance drop to 0 and the house became damaged. (not sure the exact numbers)
To restore to 100%, the house said it cost 2000 cr to repair.
He paid exactly 2000 and the house became even furthur damaged!
Turns out that the repair cost does not factor in property tax and if you pay less than the full amount somehow it sees this as a negative payment. He needed to pay 2200 (2000 +10% tax).
If your city structure is damaged and in a tax zone area, be sure to pay well over the minimum to repair the building or else you could experience this negative payment bug.
