Thread: Question about cities not in the FAQ

Easy stuff I think:
My PA is thinking of moving to a city that wants us to move in.
Can cities have more than 1 Cantina,theater,hospital ect....?
Can these Cantina,theater,hospital ect....be used as player homes?
Whats the Max someone can make the Taxes?

Cities may have multiple cantinas, hospitals and theatres. There is no limit. Must however be a Master of appropriate field to place them. They can be used as regular player homes.

So a master must place the building. Like a Master entertainer must place a cantina right.
Can he tranfer it?
What happens if he gives up the profession?
Can he place more than one?

It requires the master in the fields to place the structure. The structure is transferrable but only to other masters. It cannot be transferred to someone without the master status. If the master gives up the skill, the structure remains as long as it isn't redeeded and maint is paid. (even if city poofs, these structures will remain). The master can place as many as lots they have available (each structure does take up lots)

Why does the FAQ say these building dont take lot. Are they refering to the politician? What things do take up The politicians lot? Besides the City hall.
Who can place gardens and lamp post?

It is civic structures such as city hall, cloning center, bank, etc. that do not take up any lots. Player structures such as cantina andhospital take up lots from the player that places the structure.


Cantinas can be placed by Master Musician, Master Dancer, and Master Chef.


Hospitals can be placed by Master Doctor and Master Combat Medic.


Decorations (lamps, gardens, etc.) can only be placed by the mayor and each require specific politician skills. They do not take up any lots.
