To all mayors and goverments of Rebel cities on Lowca:

I am Vashyyk, the mayor of Neo Domopolis. I invite all rebel cities to join NIFTA, or Non-Imperial Free Trade Alliance. Its a very simple treaty, basically meant to incease the economy of all cities joined. Each mayor or goverment emails their merchants/crafters and invite them to have a vendor in any of the joined cities. This greatly helps the crafter who wishes to increase his wealth and spread his wares, and helps the city with maint. from sales tax and shuttleport tax.
