Ok, I know there is a cap on player cities per planet, but I was under the assumption the cap was for Tier 3, 4, and 5. I do recall reading somewhere that the cap on outposts was removed, yet when I went to place a city hall today it told me the planet had a cap. What is the current cap for outposts on the planets?

Depends on the planet 50 i think maybe 25 for the hard planets
