Thread: Revoke citizenship option on the radial menu...what does it do?

I am scared to click it to see....

I am hoping it brings up a menu and the mayor can remove citizens from the city...is it for that?

I would guess that it is a way for existing citizens to remove themselves as a citizen - probably as a work around for the bug where you can get stock being a citizen and have to continue paying income tax.


I do wonder what would happen if the mayor uses it though... stealth mayoral resigntation? Or will the city hall simply go poof

It is for people who are citizens that don't want to be to remove themselves as citizens. It was the response to the bug that would make it so even if you moved your house and declared residency somewhere else, you would still be on a city's citizen list and pay their income tax if they have one.

Is this a citizen only option? I'm a mayor and don't see anything like that on the City Terminal.
