Yes, if player cities are to be fully-functional real alternatives to the dev-established cities, then we can't be expected to have to run to the dev-established cities after every couple of hours of running missions.

LOL....and any Architect that that is upset over not being able to craft a Garage can just hit Ctrl-I and stare at their bank account. If it's not in the 6 figure range, you're doing something wrong
