From all I can tell the Orbs we just got count 26 ... with 101 citizens at rank 5 ... city hall is fully cutomized but without any christmas decoration
We'll probably be distributing the orbs as prizes for city events such as races or quests etc ...
But no robes that I could see ... what's up with those?
