While we're on the subject, a similar title for the militia members would rock. I've often delegatedrecruiting responsibilities to those people, so being able to identify them on sight would be nice, especially for the newbies in the city who need help.

Any chance we can get a word on how feasable this is in the coding? Its something i think we should pursuit as a politican feature, but it its too coding intensive, then lets not focus our resouces on it
