Since money sinks have to be ingame I simply don't think the devs will just give us additional tax income ... but I'd like to combine income through trainers or cloners or missions with the specialisations ... giving a refund to players (lowering clone costs or trainer costs by 10-15% ... adding 10-15% on mission) and giving some money to the city as tax (the rest of the now refunded 20% using these specialisations)

amen. Kickbacks on everything would be great. Our citizens provide this service to many passers through. They should reap something from it for our city.

Cities are extremely expensive to run and keep nice. These structures are being paid for out of the city cofers so the city should be seeing a kickback from them as we do on the shuttleport. It only makes sense.

Absolutely. The surprise from the citizens in Tirius at NOT receiving income from things we pay for just highlights what an issue this is.
