LOL I just thought of something. What happens when a mayor gives a house to a random person running through the city? There would have to be an option for the prospective house owner to accept or reject the house.

I like the idea of targeting a citizen in order to place on their lots. There would need to be some form of consent command given by the citizen in order to prevent unwanted structures placed on people's lots by a mayor gone bad


This would indeed be a huge help in keeping city layout and placement as quick, painless, and secure as possible.
