Thanks for the information on the rotation/moving not working. I'll include that in the report as well, especially since CS is recommending this as a fix in ticket replies.

Shuttle stopped working around 4pm EST today and trainers were vanishing at 1895, 841 Hunter's Hollow, Dantooine/ Get this fixed SOE

We are suffering the shuttle problem but I do see trainers in the city.

Waypoint: 1814 600
City: Nexus
Server: Gorath
Trainers: No problem detected

Edited: I was wrong - we ARE missing Trainers - 13 of 15 are gone

I tried moving it a few times and changing face. No luck, but I do have to say my trainers are all here still. but they are about 200-300m from the Shuttle which may be the difference.

Ok, Riverview on Dantooine, on the bria server, is having some problems, it started with the shuttle not working.. we had this problem a year ago.. the old mayor would just take the shuttle up and replace it a couple times a day and it would take care of the problem for an hour or so and that seems to be the case now also.. it took them 3 months to fix it last time hope they dont take that long this time..I have to take the shuttle up and replace it ever hour or 2.. the longest it has made it in the last 3-4 days was 4 hours.. then it went back to "the shuttle is unavailable at this time"... also yesterday I noticed that all my trainers have disappear... and the parking garage stops working periodically.. things seems to be degrading more and more as we go... I have sent in a few tickets on this yet no replys on this at all.. hope someone takes notice of this soon..

I agree this needs fixed.. ASAP~! I filed 2 tickets myself. Wont hear anything till tuesday because of labor day/weekend.

I hope it gets fixed thou.

Helios on Tatooine/Scylla - same problem . Since we are the servers numberone trade city this is a huge blow .

yes i got half of my trainers gone do not have a shuttle yet but half the shuttles i been to is unavailable as well i contacted a csr and he says its a known issue about the trainers and he said its a known issue also relating to the shuttle issues and he cannot remove the trainers for me as it will just happen again they are working on a patch for this issue

Shuttleport issue at new haven, lok, on farstar.

Redeeding cures the issue until server reset at which point it reappears.

this is not the old server boundry issue


Mos Nihil had issues with the shuttle before because of the server boundry thing we found a secure spot for our shuttle port and have had no issues for well almost a year actually.


the last patch however has effected the shuttle ports of several player cities on bria including ours again.


Unless the server boundries were re adjusted with the last patch with out notification we would have to assume that something went wrong that is now effecting our shuttles other than the boundry.
