I would like to condemn structures in my city.
I notice that I cannot name my city hall or cloning center. If =that= is too dangerous to be trusted with (in the first few months of player cities it =was= possible) then I am not expecting the power to condemn.

As someone mentioned earlier. Make condemning take time. Once the mayor condemns a house they are sent an email saying that the process has begun. Then at the end of each city cycle they are notified again. Maybe make it so the process ends after 2 voting cycles. That way the person has the chance to run for mayor or get another mayor voted in that can uncomdemn his home. Condemning too many homes will only get you voted out of office or it will get others to leave your city. Abuse of this power will not get you very far in the game. I feel the current system allows others to abuse their power over the mayor. Mayors create towns so they should ultimatly be able to decide who gets to live in them.
