I thought the Juke box was supposed to last 8 hours, but the one I placed lasted about 2 hours. What's up with that? It was cool while it lasted though.

But realy this needs to be looked into, I was mayor at the time so I could have not needed them. I lost mayor today because I asked the citizens to elect a new one. I loaded in an there were AT-AT's (destoryed) shuttles, lotto droids, and ect. all over the place.
I hope that you must have rights to place these in a city if you are non-militia or non-mayor.
Being alarmed I just tried this with my non-mayor but militia alt ... without success ... so you really do need zoningrights to place PEPs in a player city with zoningrights active. The mayor always has zoning rights - so that's why you were able to place the decorations.
