Hasn't anyone else been told they will not be reimbursed their lost XP? Why is there still no explanation as to why every CSR our mayor deals with is insistent that we are a special case and, despite being able to be reimbursed, simply refuse to do so?

This is rediculous. Why wont a DEV post this information in all their red name glory so we can direct the CSRs to the post and get the XP?

Please, someone in charge, phone the CSR lead today and tell him to read this post. The CSRs are clueless at the moment (although thats not a insult to them, theyre just following orders. If anywhere id place the blame on the people in charge of all those poor front line troop CSRs)

You can only upgrade city level one step... Means even if you start your city with 21 citizen you get first outpost, not directly village

Support ticket updated with a link to this thread and a cut & paste of the first post. I've asked whichever CSR gets it to follow up and check this information to confirm that they are now allowed to reimburse the XP.

More news when I receive a response.

Plinka, do you know if there are different CSR's for the EUropean servers over the US ones?

Our mayor Novus has been told every day since Friday that he cannot be given his missing xp as they are not allowed to do this and it is getting beyond frustrating now.

do we get reimbursed for mayor vote not counting? i had 20 citizens inculding myself and we upgraded but i only got 1900 xp..if i count as a citizen shouldnt my vote count and I get 2k xp?

be thankfull you got 1900 kion many mayors got 0...!

As Destructionend stated I only got 2k exp but at the time of the election we had 31 citizens not counting myself...

CSR told me that I was capped at 2k...

I submitted a ticket and was told I would NOT be receiving the experience I am missing because they don't do that.

Come on devs. Are we or are we not getting reimbursement?

Ok this is annoying me. I spoke to a CSR earlier and he saids they deal with the tickets in order, which is complte BS cos my ticket has been open since last friday and i've still had no answer off any 1, i want my xp and i want it within the next day or i'm closing my accounts.
