Thread: any masters yet?
You only get XP through the amount of votes your got after each update phase. So it will depend on the amount of citizens you have when you get enough XP for master (and the amount of bugs you encounter until then)
All citizens vote the incumrent (sp?) mayor by default, so it doesn't matter if citizens vote daily or not, votes are only registerd and acounted for at the end of the (normaly) 7 day elaction period

I will be Master next week as well. I guess I am more curious to know the populations of everyone's city? We have 132 declared. How many do you have last night
I was in line to be in the top ten of completing Masters (which is the endgame for Politician, followed likely by surrender of skills), but the bug looks to have hit almost every single original city on Ahazi except mine. It's unfair that the bug is not applied equally, as this just rewards the exploiters of the bug.
Yes, the above was a little tongue in cheek, but have you ever noticed that almost every accomplishment in this game is overshadowed by buggy advancements?

I am at 4.4.3.4 as well - city size is in the low 120s and will make master next week.
I imagine that there were a handful of people that made master legit this week that had huge cities behind them. Where as most large cities will be making master this next week. On Shadowfire I think there is only one other city about the same size as Brenn - its a little tougher there with the lower population

legit..?? ok so i was mastered4 days early from a bug that has cost our city millions... last normal update cycle left me at 4 4 3 4 with 8100 points remaining.. then we get hit with the cycle loop bug.. not like i got alot of help here..
sorry i just take offense at being called an exploiter..
So has anyone made master this week that didnt get hit with the update bug? Would be nice to think it was the first legit master (no offence to the bug update masters as I know there was nothing at all you could do about it and in some cases the maintenance was a killer). Im expecting quite a few more legit masters this weekend as I just scraped in this week a week ahead of schedule and next weeks update will give all100+ cities that last tier 4 box I assume!
