The obvious solution here is to keep our cities on the closest cloning list, but remove banned players from accessing those cloning centers. Simple code would fix this.

I don't care whats done, all I know Is I come out of my cloning center overt, step outside 3 steps and I get swamped by 20 imperials, and I'm a crafter, super fun................
