The idea I got was that the change is from 75 items per lot to 100 with the max changing from 250 to 400 which in my mind includes city halls. I'm not sure what the deal is with cloners because you can put some things in there but not move them.

That is my take on it as well, and the cloner should increase as well seeing how it now holds the max number of items at 250. Moving item's inside there isjust bugged for some reason. That doesn't mean you can't drop or rotate them, just not /move forward 100 or /move up 50.(and make it look nice)

I like the possibility to decorate my house with more items, was really time for the increase

Removing the AP from Novice is after the remove of SP just the next step bringing us closer to the removal of the whole Politician Profession

Quoth KieranHorn,

Ranged Support 1 requires 300 combat XP to learn and yields 20 AP for the trainer.
Combat XP caps at 300,000.
A double combat master can easily cap combat XP in a day. Maybe even in a buff.

Book me in advance and I will gain you 20,000 AP the next day. That would be almost be enough for you to master every profession in the game twice over if AP weren't capped at 1240.

AP, like the 0 SP change we discussed last month, has never provided a realistic hurdle to the hypothetical griefers we have yet to see emerge. What it has done, like 0 SP, is annoy people who don't know how or are unwilling to work the system.

I wonder how many other professions are sad to see these changes. "Oh no, newbies will no longer loiter round the starport begging for someone to train so they can master scout!" Didn't think so.

I like the increase to an extent - if the only way to get up over the 250-item thing is to put the extra 150 items inside something, then a house can have both "storage" and decoration, and for that I'm good to go, because it means I can take down some storage houses I have for resources and put those resources inside of a nicely decorated structure.

Shopowners would also appreciate this I think. Even though it doesn't mean we can add decoration, it does mean we can stop storing things in expensive factories or separate houses.

Any new info on City Halls yet? Have they had their item limits increased?

I haven't been able to hunt down any devs/QA to tell me how many items are in the building (they all seem to be busy), and I don't own that many items, so I haven't been able to test this yet

Buy a stack of resources, split it into a bunch of single items, and keep dropping untilthe City Hall isfull.

Okay, maybe that's a total pain in the heiney, nevermind.

i think if they do not spend specific time on politicians for drastic changes, citys and the prof are doomed. I think that they will let this happen and sometime after all other revamps and the gcw ect then MAYBE they'll get around to fixing city's... Heck from their track record they've learned they can sit on things totally borked for over a year and not really affect proffits and they have the stuff they want to get out so thats likely what they will do.

the down side to training people with extra XP is that they are now trading the XP in to the Jedi grind

I'm a mayor/ent, do you think I have any money?

I'll try to grab a QA or dev some time soon, and I'll also try asking around on TC.
