Thread: Plinka: Any word on Old Deed to New Deed conversion?
Just to let everyone know:
Apparently this redeeding thing was a fluke and only worked part of the time. I, myself, now have several deeds which will only function on Naboo. and after submitting several in-game CS tickets, I finally received a response from a CSR telling me that this is the way these deeds were intended to work. And that we would all have to purchase new needs to replace our existing ones without any form of reimbursment of purchase cost or maintenance fees.
As you can imagine, I was not pleased with this response, and took it one step further. Let me post for you the official response I received via email.
I am very sorry you have been experiencing these difficulties. I would like you contact me in order to further get your issue resolved. As you have already waited through our ticket Queue, I do not feel you should have to write a new ticket to finish up this issue. As it was previously, this issue was resolved as(CSRname) stated; No reimbursement for pre-patched deeds.
Due to developments confirmation of the issue, we will now be switching out deeds that are not working as intended. I do appologize for your frustrations.
Take that however you will interpret it. The way I read it is that CSRs will now be replacing house deeds that do not work on other planets.
