because you can't leave that city... the best thing to do while being in a new planet.... is CLONE YOURSELF FIRST!!!

then you don't have to deal with dieing constantly

to fix this... the city warn and city ban,... if you're banned and citywarn died you should clone to the 2nd closest cloning facility]

or have it so you CANT clone in the opposite faction cloning facility only the closest Default or Allied Cloning centers
