??? How could you not have enough funds in Treasury???? We keep 1.5 million credits in it at ALL times.

Well for one, I don't like having too much in the treasury. But it is mostly over 1mio, so more than 2 updates cost ...

But we just had our 3rd update in few hours. As emidiat resonse I canceled our specialisation and redeeded all gardens to push maintenance bellow 300k since we still get "error" as next update ... probably indicating the 4th update in the next 18-24h

We just had our third update as well. We don't have any deko... but still our treasury went from 1.5 Million last week to about 600k now. Two more days and we're bankrupt.

Asked all citizens to make donations.

Citizens also reported that taxes were deducted several times.

This needs a hotfix.

I'm talking to a CSR as I'm typing this, so hopefully he can pass this bug on to the Devs if he can't fix it.

The CSR couldn't help me on the issue, he tried, but couldn't fix it.

He got all necessary info from me and said he'd pass it on to the Devs. As it is not in the Hotfix_List that will happen before Christmas, I assume we have to wait until after the New Year .

The Devs are aware of the problem now I reckon, and hopefully it will be fixed really soon.

At this point in time I'm asking all citizens to make extra donations.

Just to add to the record. We got hit with the same double xp, double taxation bug this weekend. Luckily our treasury is still in good shape but it won't stay that way if this crap continues. My ticket went in today for what it's worth.

I contacted 2 CSRs in the Startclient Chat ... one was just going and said he'd pass it on ... the second said the same and added that I was not the only one with the problem, apparently they are at least aware of the bug ... but no info on if how and when this is going to be adressed

Happened to me as well. Plinka now gone so we aren't going be heard quickly from the devs. If nothing is done soon say bye bye to SWG.

Yes one problem can make me go from this is a great game (which is has been) to see you later (which I feel with lack of response on this).

I just heard about this today. We will fix it as soon as we can, but until then, please make sure to get this information to a CSR in game by using CTRL-H and getting them a report. Thats important.

I'm guessing that's a private response from ThunderHeart? Good news that they know about it now.

Now see if you convince him to convince the CSRs to reimburse cities effected by this.
