Current Meter Difference: 10m... i think it was higher before because our cloning center wasn't quite on the city border it was beside the cantina and the cantina was on the city border...

That is why I had the deja vue. In our game, ALL polar and rectangular calculationerrors caused things to drift towards 0 0 0.

The coords listed by the terminal are nowhere near our city hall. With the build radius moved, someone was able to place a house in the original city area without getting permission. We planted extra housing in all areas that have now been opened up due to the city hall radius moving. We sincerly hope that not only will our radius be restored to its original coords as like many others we set up our city with those exact coords in mind, but that anyone who manages to place a house within our city area during these shifts gets removed by a CSR. These people are exploiting a bug.
