I can't understand why this is getting no attention at all?

It is increasingly frustrating to see things like hairstyles will be fixed in tomorrow's patch and have not heard ONE WORD on missing Politician experience!

Try going to the chat thats in launcher after you log in. Make sure you choose the character in question on the right side of the screen before you click chat. There are ALWAYS CSR's in this chat. If you dont spam them, and be respectful and explain you have a ticket already, the likely hood that theyll help you is much higher. It seems to me the night crew is a lot more helpful then the day crew.
