After two vote cycles: 1 1 1 1

I have some XP left over, and next vote cycle I will have enough to purchase one more skill. We have 30 citizens on the roster currently, with a slow, but steady growth. I think the rest of our city council has finally understood that this is a slow growing process, not overnight immediate gratification.

City should update tomorrow, 43 citizens=4300 XP for first week, not bad. How I'll spend them is a poll on the city forum atm.
