NO. I mentioned cleary theya re not to blame because they are only support, there are liek with IT departments varying levels of support. Every CSR i have had dealings with has been usually very helpfull if they can be. I often get very fast response such as placing a trouble ticket and 5 minutes go by then bam response.

For example one night i was on my swoop riding towards teh gurk king house and I noticed some moron had placed a Fusion generator with his bragging rights that it was his GURK king right in front of the door and that all others owed him money for the right to hunt there etc.

As i dismounted from my swoop, i warped and was placed inside the house behind the fusion generator blocking the exit. i sent in my trouble ticket since i coul dnot get out save for getting killed since the Gurks were walking through walls. 15 minutes later a CSR showed up and moved the fusion generator and sent a message to the owner who later removed the generator from the area.

I have many other helpfull experiences and i am sure that is due largely to feedback etc i often give good feedback etc to them for their help mainly because i run a simialr position for an IT company. I understand their frustrations as well and often know that they may not have all the answers but if we are making them aware of the problem then that is one more person closer to the game devlopers who will be making noise.

If you cannot access the ticket, please find below a summary of my problem.

I am mayor of Darkstone, Lok. This past maintenance cycle I was granted the incorrect amount of political experience. At the time of the cycle there were 23 citizens. As stated in the Holocron, and is common knowledge, Politicians receive 100xp per vote. They also receive all votes from people that did not participate in the voting process at all. In this situation there was no politician running against me, so I had should have received the full 2300xp. I am unsure how much experience I had before the cycle, but that is a nonissue. I should have at least 2300 political experience. I currently have 1700xp.

Can you please check into this situation? Also, if you are going to reply stating that you only get votes from people that ACTIVELY vote, please don't and verify this with your supervisor.

Here is an update weeks later:

He was granted the same wrong amount of xp in the following election.

This past election he recieved 200 more experience, still about 700 off though.

Since the begining of this problem our mayor has lost around 2100 experience, this might not be a problem for large cities but for a villiage it slows things down. Tickets were either just deleted or given the same "It is working as intended response."
