Thread: Politician Experience An Explination
The math just doesn't hold up.
I am a new (firstweekincumbentelection) mayor. I had 800xp saved from winning the previous election with 18 total votes. This update saw my city increase to at least 35 at the vote (city grew). My total xp as of now is 3,400. After I won, it is highly doubtful that anyone came in later and cast votes after the election.
If I only got xp from people that voted for me originally, I'd have 2,600. If I'd only recieved my incumbent votes without adding my saved xp it'd be 3,500 at least. If I'd recieved the proper amount of xp it would be 4,300 at least.
I highly doubt I had eight additional people vote for me after the election.
Put away the hanging rope, man, I'm saying this is how it's SUPPOSED to work as explained to me by a CSR. Politician XP has been bugged since they first opened the profession, with loss of xp in once place or another, and the csr's not having full information, I was just trying to give you guys a heads up as to what is most likely happening in your situation.
How do you know that those eight people didn't vote for you after your original mayoral bid? Did you ask everyone in your city? I, personally, have had more peeps vote for me for the first time AFTER I won the bid then before. This may be what happened with you.
