I guess I'm a blessed Mayor. My city has always been busy for only a 60+ resident.

At any givin time there are 5 to 30 people in the city all hours of the day(improved job market helps a lot), either training, grabbing missions, shopping or trying to attack our 4 factional bases.

I guess i wish they would be more needy but they just don't bother me, except for a few emails and some tells.

I have taken the idea of building a better commerce area to heart. I've 5 PA halls ans redecorated that zone. Moved the shuttle there also. Seems to be impressing the folks that have been coming in.
