I have a citizen that recently deployed to Iraq for a year or more. He account is paid out for extended duration and he prepaid his house mainteannce for close to 2 years. Prior to departure, he provided me with his logon information so that I could intermittently log him in to keep him active.

For those mayors with citizens that are RL service members with extended deployments, I offer this asa possible solution, albeit a cumbersome one.
