quit ya whining and get over it.


Player town are going to be awesome and waiting 22 days for a shuttleport makes sense and is not a big deal. Some people will cry about anything.

You also need to wait for your city to reach the correct level. A mayor with Fiscal Policy 2 can't plac a shuttleport in an outpost.
