Balmora, you bring up a very interesting idea. I was led to believe you can only add terminals to the tops of public buildings, but I'll give THAT one a shot. Thanks for the stroke of genious.

Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Here is a way to solve your credit farmer problem...

Take out the mission terminals and place them on the roof of a PA hall, then set the access to the PA hall for citizens only.

and/or

Drop a SF field hospital in town, and use the mission terminals inside. Yes everyone would have to beSF to use them but it would be a major PITA for credit farmers to have to get all their bots into a faction, then have to go combatant every time they want to run a mission. (and this would just be temporary until you got the pharmers to go away)

If they keep coming back after that, then replace the base with an opposing faction base or opposing faction turrets

Remember, to them time is money, and they need to be pharming x # of credits an hour.

If you want to go vigilante on them, follow them on their missions and start training stuff on them (like credit farmers are going to call in reports to the CSRs to complain about being trained) and start KS'ing them, and disrupt their macros.

What does KS'ing them mean?

KS= Kill Steal. If they're working on killing a high level mob, inflict 51% or higher damage and steal their kill.

I wish a CSR would contact me regarding these cred farmers. I'm tired of Homeless Pirates (baseless Pirates that have had their flag blown up) wrecking my bike when I drive by em. I've got screen shots of them doing this, with names. Anyone know a CSR on Wanderhome willing to handle this?

If you're not getting a CS reply, you can also send an e-mail to CS. Generally filing a harassment or Customer Service ticket will get the issue resolved and itshould get you some kind of response, even if it's a canned "Thank you for reporting this".

small band of half naked people credit farming

And this caused them to get banned?

Maybe they were part of the planetary Burning Man celebration.

Or maybe the neo-conservative mind control is now a part of SOE, and anyone that even looks liberal or like a hippy gets the wrath of the mayor...

LOL

(Obviously focusing on the tone of the 'half naked comment', not the credit farming - which would be hard for someone to truly notice in game.)

Credit farming is exceedingly easy to notice. They are all noobs..dressed in noob clothing all driving swoops not painted...and all on follow. I mean come on...when was the last time you went hunting and the whole 7 members were on follow with the leader??

Frequently they are all carrying ghastly wounds too. Running around with my MDoc tag on they will yell at me "WOUNDS" as if that's supposed to get me to help. If they can't even string together a simple sentance like "Could you heal me please?" I don't help.

I try to follow that philosophy in general and it seems like half the player base fits that category.
