oh there bugged

well i dont care cause i wasnt going to master it anyway!

also i must have read an out-of-date site. i should have know that a dev nerf could have occured.

They removed it before anyone was even close to politician. I think they were in at PC launch but I know nobody actually ever got to use them, they didn't work from tests by SOE so they were removed.

Because there is more then just new skills as the carrot at the end of that stick? I got and dropped the master box but I didn't drop all my skills because I still feel they have a use and can help me in my community.
