Thread: 1400 days? Almost funny.. almost.

Heh, decided to give an update since some things did happen after that. I submitted a pretty long ticket describing why we should get the money back and a small miracle happened. A CSR replied that he/she/it was able to verify that all the money did indeed come from me and was ready to give it back to our use. I was only supposed to tell the mayor to send a ticket too and refer to my ticket. After 2-3 days the mayor submitted the ticket...
... and what happenned? Well, I don't know what his reply said exactly but I was told the CSR said pretty much that 'F U'. In addition the reply to my ticket was deleted and I wasn't given any explanation at all. Oh, well.. I didn't REALLY need the money anyway but yet again it was confirmed that the CSR isn't really about customer service at all. A REAL customer service would have been a lot more informative. Funny how yet again the way CSR works ticked me off more than the original problem.
Oh, well. Like many who have quit the game during the past week or so have said to me there are other MMORPG's coming out quite soon. Many have already left SWG and are having a small break before the next MMO and even more are quite ready to leave when those games actually do come out.
This game is.. ok. It has lots of potential but it will never work properly if the devs don't step out of their dream world and start fixing things. Fast. They should be a lot more informative about any and all issues and the CSR should really stop driving the people out of this game.
