Hmm, I've seen cases where the checkbox was clipped.. You could only see the edge of it, if anything. I think it's a result of using a largish font in your browser. I'll see about taking care of that.

That confirms my suspicion. I have a fix in mind. It won't necessarily be pretty with the larger fonts, but at least it wouldn't be unusable.

Hmm, it seems IE may not like really long URLs created for some larger layouts. I'll have to see if I can optimize the encoding a little, or think about switching to server side storage.
the only reasion that i even sugested this "viewer" part was becouse i noticed that it didnt require a server or for you to realy host anything...i think you should try to keep it that way....(barring hosting the small .png's houses, backgroung etc..)
as far as coding...you got me....maby you could make the tool spit out a link to a link...or sort of a gosted fowarder....did that make sence? lol....but no...as mustch as this tool will more than likeley be used...i think storing all the maps on a server will just give you a head ach in the long run....but thats your call....
looking foward to seeing what comes up
Yeah, I've now run into this object limit error too, where it won't bookmark it after a certain number of objects are put on here.
I'm gonna just not put factories on here. Hopefully that suffices, otherwise it's back to Photoshop for additions past a certain point (no big deal)
Not a criticism on your planner proggie at all, Tiaga. Just the limitations of the base technology
But I wanted to bump this particular post up a bit so people see that this is possible with really large layouts.

Well as a workaround you can download and use Mozilla Firebird. I don't believe it has a similar restriction.

Great idea, thanks!
And FYI, this is our city layout, so you can see the size at which it stops working:

Tiaga,
I sent you an IM. I would like to discuss a collaboration on a project you might be just the perfect fit for... please get back to me...
Thanks,
