Is there a way to do this? Just like an email to your entire guild? THX!

I've always wondered how to do that. Can any citizen do this, or only mayors? Also, is there also an easy way to email all the members of your guild, and likewise can any guidl member do it?

addressing an email to "citizens" (with no quotes) is supposed to be the way for a mayor to contact all the city residents, but I'm not sure if it's working -- I know it hasn't yet worked for me in the month or so that's passed since I became mayor. tried a CS ticket twice, still no joy. tried posting a query in the tech support forums, which got closed and locked by a moderator for being "off topic" (umm... tech support forums are there to get help with problems in the game?
)
yes, I am mayor (unless our city management terminal is fibbing, and I'm really not supposed to have admin access in the city hall). yes, I was in the city limits at the time I tried sending the message.
I just don't know what else to do.... anybody have any ideas?

after our city update to village the mail is now working. Can it be that this mail function requires a village and is supposed to not work with outpost?

I don't know, but I'm a mayor (New Kala'din on Sunrunner) and we are a village and we have 26 citizens and I can't send mail to them. I was never able to.
HOWEVER, our previous mayor was able to send e-mail to the citizens using that command, and we were a village.
Hence, it's a bug, not something you get with town, I think.

that is a known bug when citizens change residence by declaring in a new house that is on another planet. Tell them that they shall come to your city hall and click on the option in there "Revoke Citizenship" that will solve it
