Anyway, has anyone compiled a list of city names? I know i'm watching the star wars movies tommorow to do a little research

You do realize though that they became very good friends of "Lady Vader" Leia and joined the New Republic because the were lied to about the planet being unusableto grow anythingby the EMPIRE andlater Killed Thrawn for the lies.

I don't know about you guys and your need to name cities based upon star wars knowledge and whatnot. My city will be named Shockopopolis, after its first mayor and creator TheShock Masta'.

Nabubu Spaceport City on Wanderhome

Nabubu is a town in Africa and at the time it was a joke that kinda stuck. 3 years later we are still working toward our city and Nabubuans are what we are. I'm so used to it that it doesn't sound out of the ordinary at all.

The poll has started already at the dutch/belgian community. It's gonna be Lianorm (Something)(or just Lianorm). Because our city is located at the Lianorm Swamp....simple and effective

OMG! These city names...they...they...oh I give up. So much for a galaxy far, far away.

Our city is Maris Paradis, the "paradise lake" in Old Corellian. Though the rules for placing cities has caused us to move AWAY from the lake of our name, and over to another lake that is near a POI.

Galdor.

It's named after our PA, which in turn is named after one of the central characters (a gold dragon) from the NWN persistent world that most of us came from. And I was the one who created that world, so no copyright infringement.
