ok since i NEVER get a response the normal way let me try this a new way!

our city on tarquinas server ,planet Lok city name Kimo villa has shifted in doin so we have lost our cloning center I have sent in emails & tickets (1327015 is the mayors ticket). now our city is at level 4 after today & still we dont have our cloning back ,Nor can we drop another cause it still thinks the old one is there.Either get the old one out so we can drop another or fix our old one this is been goin on for far to long & its not only NOT fixed but you cant even give us a reply back on it. SO CSRs out there we are still waiting. TY for your time.

I am also a COG member and find it very distressing that we lost a building we cannot replace due to a design flaw. I am tremendously thrilled to hear that the problem of the shifting has be resolved on TC and will applied soon, but what about the damage it has caused in the meantime? We've put in a tremendous amount of effort and work, and through no fault of our own are denied a cloning facility. Please fix this asap! Or if it's not an easy fix that has to be coded, tell us so we can at least know what to expect.

i am yet another COG member, and since i was one of the lucky few that had saved their clone data there at the terminal i can clone there, without wounds or anything, but still get decay, stuck in the middle of the air, and can't clone anywhere else for fear of losing my data there in southern lok. it would be greatly appericated if someone could get off their bag of chips and at least delete the cloning center from teh server data so as we can put down a new one, and at least respond to these threads.

This is going on all over reply to the Player city update if hadn't. Maybe they will look at the thread. We had samething plus town hall gone. They are looking into it is our response also.

yes laslar BUT for the money that these people make every month off us they at least should keep us informed - lets face the facts, they are customer service reps ( which are not at this point giving ANY service, cause i have NEVER even got a response from anything i have ever sent in) & they better figure out they work for us (the players) with out us playing they will have no game to support & im not sure about most of everyone else BUT I know alot of people are talking about dropping the game if not fixed ASAP. That will not only kill our town (or others) but it will start to seriously hurt their game.

I am yet another COG member and this really ticks me off. I have my clone data stored in the nonexistant facility so I can clone there still but that is not the point. We have all put in alot of work to get our city set up for player traffic and not having a cloning facility is a good reason why nobody would want to come to our town. Please fix this asap.

You might want to read and respond to the thread that's stickied up top started by Thunderheart that covers the problems of a shifting radius. Please be sure to read all of his reponses in that thread on the matter and then provide the information requested.
