our city on gorath is STILL stuck in perpetual ERROR STATUS... .. any other servers having this issue??

hehe in a town full of mostly .. entertainers lol... this is tuff on them .. especialy when our maitance is 600k a pop...

Yes, we are having the exact same problem. Gorath, Dantooine.

This requires immediate attention.

We're also stuck in perma-updates.

While this is quite nice as far as politician-xp are concerned it will make our city bankrupt within just a few days. This definitely calls for a hotfix.

Have you guys filed CSR tickets on this? Any response? Tried talking to the CSRs in the chat room?

With Plinka gone, might take slightly long for Politician/City issues to get attention. And with the holidays here and a lot of people away, a daily update can quickly wipe out a town's treasury and even lead to its destruction.

what ... csr chat room??? never heard of that..

Through the LaunchPad chat... there are usually at least one or two CSRs in one of the chatrooms.. I forget if it's called "General" or "Troubleshooting" or whatever, but they're there.

hehe went to that chat room there was a crs.. was told to submitt a ticket ... they are getting reponded to in 2-4 days.. heeh so that is about 1.2 mill more that it will cost my city :<

We've had two city updates in two days as well. We're VERY fortunate that a couple of town members happened to contribute to treasury over the weekend, because we didn't see that second one coming.

Are you folks training the extra skills? At this rate I'll master in a few days.

I posted another one as well not seeing this ... We have had the same problem. I am on Gorath as well. I have sent two tickets (no response), an email (no response), Talk throgh the chat and they said they can only get to the problems based on tickets (so i would say no help) ... The CSR people fail to realize some problems are more importnat to others and I feel if someone contacts those CSRs with a major problem that they would rush these drastic issues.

I have for the time being redeeded what buildings are not damaged and raised taxes as high as I could until our citizens donate the large amount of money to the city. I think we'll be in the long haul for this one so looks like SOE might be loosing some customers (at least I have 60 citizens/$900 a month that will migrate elsewhere if nothing is done about this)

Same here, Gorath, Naboo, Mealora.
Startet last week, where we got 2 updates. This week we got 4... i already reduced maintenance to minimum, but we still pay 400k per update. If it happens again tomorrow, I'll be Master.

But...
I noticed Master Politician gives NOTHING now. It used to give you combined specializations, but the master box is empty now... i guess anyone will just learn it for the badge then drop it.
