Wouldn't it be nice if you could have a title of 'Mayor of [cityname]' as a player title while you're in office?

It would certainly help promote your city, passively at least.

allow you to show which player city you live in would be cool, either with an overhead tag or in your info, similar to PA names.

Doesn't seem like it would be that hard to implement. They change titles in the other professions all the time. Even the title Mayor would be kind of nice. Would definately get some inquiries from other players.

Very good Ideas!

"Master Politician" only gives some what of agood feeling. I want to be known that people can ME questions about the city that would only really be answered by me.

Well it is something that would have to be coded to be able to change once a week

roughly. (downtime) They have yet to add in rank as a title which is a lot harder to change at the end levels, and just recently fixed the doubles and other problems with profession titles in the last patch so it is obviously something they don't consider worth a lot of time. It would be interesting (although I'd still prefer warmaster in battle and Urban Planner outside of) and I'd like to have it...but just isn't feasible for a looooong time.

although there'll HAVE to be an option to turn it off, there are times when i had to ask people in guild to hide me from the flood of people coming after me O.o once a friend of mine dropped 2 pets on me and noone can see me from the outside
