I don't understand. I only have one house and i don't have any harvesters and it says I can't place it because I don't have enough lots. How can that be?

Not sure, if you only own one house and nothing else, send a ticket to a CSR in game, they should be able to help you get it sorted out.

I remember that when PA Halls dropped in size from 9 lots to 7, the change didn't actually take effect until you paid maintenance on the hall.
Could thtat be the case here?

Add maint to any structures you have (this will refund the lots you should have, if the structure had a lot requirment change)
Make a ticket and talk to a csr, they can re-set your bugged lots.

Press CTRL-C and check your lots under the personal tab. Have you ever dropped a house for a friend or anything?

It also depends on the size of house you have placed of course... If you have a large house placed already, the number of free lots isnt as many as if you have a small....

remeber to redeed your houses and replace them, sometimes you dont get the lots back from the previos lot changes unless you redeed and replace. If that doesnt work send a stick to CSR and hope they will reply asap.

It should give your lots back the first time you pay maintenance on it.

There is no need to re-deed. I have had this happen to meseveral times. Just add 1 credit of maintenance to existing structure(s) and you will get the lots back.

Gilamu was referring to last year when PA halls used to cost 9 lots and they were reduced to 7 lots. The point he was making is that back then, the changes in the amount of available lots didn't take place until after you put maintenance on the structure and perhaps now that PA halls have changed again, this time from 7 lots to 5 lots, maybe the same rule applies and he should put maintenance on his structures and then he may be able to place his PA Hall.
