I've tried to search for the answer to this, but had no luck. Have the new changes to the TEF system affected the guild wars in any way ?
Thanks

No, it should not have any effect on guild wars. They don't operate on TEFs, both sides just become perm enemies until one side turns it off. Shouldn't have any TEFs involved.

PA wars had TEFs involved.
It goes so far that under certain circumstances a Neutral member (no faction, but in a PA war) was attackable by Overts from both sides, or at least one.
That was with the old system, now that TEFs are gone this shouldn't be a problem anymore.

Umm Guild wars are between Guilds not Faction. You can do guild warsbetween Rebels (reb vs. reb). It has nothing to do with faction orTEF's. If your guild is partaking in a war, then everyone is attackable regardless what faction, profession, or pvp preference is.

I know.
It's from before the TEF change anyway so most likely not this way anymore.
But if Guild A and B were in PA war, and Player A attacked Player B, and say Player B was a rebel, then all Imperials in the group of Player A got a group-TEF on player B and were able to attack as well, no matter in what guild they were.
Then healing someone with such a TEF gave you a TEF as well, and if you traded it around long enough, you were reaching a stage where suddenly overts from completely outside could attack some of the people.
But as i said, I think thats something of the past
