my guild leader has recently sent a mail saying that in an upcoming update, u have to be the owner of the guild hall to be leader...
Is this true?
and if so, our original guild leader has quit the game, and thats who owned the structure, and we have a new guild leader, but we dont want to restart our guild, cuz we like our name and reputation....
Thanx for any help

Yes, in the next publish the Leader will have to own the PA Hall. However, your new leader will have the option of taking over the new structure and your guild should be fine. Just have him goto the PA Terminal and choose "Accept PA Lots" and he/she will own the hall.

That is how it stands now, at least.
This might perhaps be removed because it can be used to grief people.
But your PA leader can put up a new PA hall, which - after the patch - will be the working PA hall for your PA then, you don't have to use the hall the guild was created with.
